Responsible for the overall vision, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of Air Charter Express, Boris focuses on building a company centered around safety, exceptional service, and practical aviation solutions, with a personal approach to charter, aircraft ownership, and management.

Responsible for the safe and reliable maintenance of our aircraft, Wes focuses on ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest standards while overseeing maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and continued airworthiness.
